“Operations Manual for Managing Contact Water”

Tahoe Resources La Arena unit requested the development of a contact water management manual, which consisted of a summary of operational guidance and decision criteria for the extraction, conveyance, treatment and discharge of mining effluents, in order to ensure compliance with the legal requirements and to demonstrate environmental and social responsibility.

The service was carried out within the facilities of La Arena between the months of September and November 2018.
